Universidad de los Andes in Colombia has joined the “Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt” Interuniversity Lecture Series for Peace, Development, and Education as an active member. Dr. Carlos Aparicio, Fellow of the Interuniversity Lecture Series, presented Dr. Oscar Pardo the certificate of membership. Dr. Oscar Pardo also joined the Lecture Series as a Fellow. The Interuniversity Lecture Series is looking forward to greater cooperation with this important Colombian institution.
