It was a pleasure to make an official visit to the Permanent Mission of Guatemala to the United Nations. I was received by Her Excellency Carla Maria Rodríguez Mancia, Ambassador and Permanent Representative, as well as by Ms. María José del Águila Castillo, Minister Plenipotentiary and Deputy Permanent Representative.
