His Excellency Monsignor Luis Cabrera Herrera, Archbishop of Guayaquil, joined the Household. His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt presented Mons. Cabrera the "livery collar" of the House as a sign of cooperation between the Archdiocese and the Household.
