His Excellency Monsignor Eduardo Castillos Pino, Archbishop of Puerto Viejo in Ecuador, received the "livery collar" of the House from the hands of His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt. Monsignor Eduardo Castillos Pinos joined the Household in a very elegant private ceremony at the exclusive Club Union of Guayaquil. The ceremony was attended by several important prelates and local intellectuals. The Household will be supporting several of the archdiocese's educational projects.
