Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt was overwhelmed with emotion and extremely grateful to the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and to its CEO, Russell Longmuir, for bestowing on him on the 10th of December the EFQM Excellence in Leadership Award for his contributions to sustainable development. The ceremony took place at the Intercontinental Hotel in Guayaquil Quito, and it was attended by some of the biggest names in regional corporate leadership. Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt has the utmost respect for EFQM as the premier quality management framework.
