His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt received the medal of the National College of Optometrists of Spain. The National College is the official government regulating body for professionals in optometry for the Kingdom of Spain. The medal was presented to Ambassador von Feigenblatt by the Dean of the College for his service in the development of professional and continuing education in Europe. The ceremony was followed by a celebration at the Ritz Hotel of Madrid.
