His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt welcomed His Excellency Dr. Francisco González de Posada as a new Fellow of the Interuniversity Lecture Series. Dr. Gonzalez de Posada is a numbered academician of the Royal Academy of Medicine and he holds nine earned doctorates. Among the many academic positions that he has held, he served as the Rector of the University of Cantabria in Spain.
