H.E. César Vásquez, Secretary of the Secretaría de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación joins the House as a Collar Member (September, 2024)

His Excellency César Vásquez, Secretary of the Secretaría de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (SENESCYT) of the Republic of Ecuador joined the House of Feigenblatt as a collar member. The head of the Household, His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt, was represented by His Excellency Dr. Fidel Marquez, Collar Member of the House of Feigenblatt, to present the "livery collar" of the House to His Excellency César Vásquez in Quito, Ecuador. The House of Feigenblatt supports research and higher education in several countries and it is exploring several cultural and academic projects in Ecuador.
