H.E. Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt receives the Serge Lazareff Medal from Office of Legal Affairs of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe of NATO (Sept, 2024)

His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt received the Serge Lazareff Medal from the Office of Legal Affairs of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. The medal was presented on the 10th of September in Madrid at the highest level, Grand Star, by the Head of the Legal Department, His Excellency Andrés B. Muñoz Mosquera Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt has conducted considerable research on conflict analysis and resolution and many of his academic articles on the subject are used by universities around the world in the fields of peace studies and conflict resolution.
