His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt delivered a public lecture on the Evolution of Higher Education. The public lecture took place at the Intercontinental Hotel of San Pedro Sula in the Republic of Honduras and it was attended by over three hundred students, administrators, and parents. This important event was organized by Keiser University, Latin American Campus.
