His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt delivered the keynote lecture at the III Coloquio Internacional Interdisciplinario de Investigación, Innovación y Avances Tecnológicos en la Educación on the 23rd of October in Miami, Florida. The Conference was organized by several international universities led by the Universidad a Distancia de Colombia (UNAD), one of the largest universities in the region.
