Dr. Otto F. von Feigenblatt completed a postdoctoral fellowship in management and leadership at the University of San Jose, Costa Rica. After six months of research leading to the publication of three peer-reviewed articles, the Rector of the University of San Jose presided over a solemn ceremony to bestow on Dr. von Feigenblatt a certificate of postdoctoral studies.
