The Congress of the Republic of Peru received a delegation of the House of Feigenblatt on an official visit to discuss several cooperation projects. The Head of the House, His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt, was represented by Dr. Jesus Estupinan Ricardo, collar member of the House and Vice President of the Interuniversity Lecture Series for Peace, Development, and Education. One of the main points of discussion was the project titled “Tree of Knowledge”, which is an innovative solution to providing education in remote and underserved regions. This innovative project has been endorsed by the Interuniversity Lecture Series as a “best practice” and as a viable solution to a pervasive challenge in the developing world. The project enjoys the full support of the House and it is currently being implemented in the Amazonian region of Ecuador.
