His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt received the highest honor bestowed by the Municipality of Salinas in Ecuador, the plaque of honor as an illustrious visitor. The plaque was presented to the ambassador by the Honorable Dennis Cordova, Mayor of Salinas. The Mayor congratulated Ambassador von Feigenblatt for his many years of service promoting education and international development.
