His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt was invited on an official visit to the Universidad Panamericana of Guadalajara Mexico as one of the keynote speakers for the IMEF Conference. Her Excellency Galia Borja, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Mexico, Mr. Domingo Figueroa, President of the Mexican Institute of Financial Executives, Dr. Jose Domingo Figueroa, Vice Rector of the Universidad Panamericana de Guadalajara, and Mr. Eduardo Avalos, Collar Member of the House, shared ideas and experiences during a private breakfast before the beginning of the Conference. Ambassador von Feigenblatt learned a lot about the financial aspects of education from this accomplished group of professionals, scholars, and policymakers.
