Ambassador Otto F. von Feigenblatt delivered a lecture to a group of Nicaraguan community leaders at the Universidad Internacional de las Americas (San Jose, Costa Rica). The lecture focused on peace and reconciliation and it was attended by prominent leaders such as Professor Zoila America Ortega, daughter of the President of Nicaragua, and Commander Roberto Danilo Samcam Ruiz, former Nicaraguan military officer.
