The Office of the Andean Parliament Special Envoy for Education
His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt is currently serving as Special Envoy for Education by appointment of the Secretary General of the Andean Parliament.
"The Special Envoy for education has been appointed to support the Second Commission ́ On Education, Culture, Science, Information and Communication Technologies ́ of the Andean Parliament and especially to advise the Andean Network of Accredited Universities, in the realization of the Amauta Program for the academic mobility of teachers and students, informing the Secretary General about the procedures developed for decision-making. This designation is granted given his career in the educational and university field. Their valuable criteria and experience will be of significant contribution in the debate and elaboration of the different normative instruments that are elaborated by the organization."
